As Chief of Staff, Virginia serves as a liaison between staff and senior leadership regarding company climate, project updates, and the planning, implementation and execution of those projects. She also works directly with the CEO and other executives on initiatives aimed at increasing company efficiency and growth. Previously, Virginia worked in other roles within Curion as Research Director and Project Manager. She holds an MS degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign where her research focus combined both nutrition and sensory science.
